Your right of withdrawal (withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. Your message to us must clearly state that you wish to withdraw. The withdrawal period starts the day you receive the product or a considerable part of it. If the agreement concerns a custom product – or a product that has a been clearly personalized – the withdrawal period starts on the day we provide the information.
The goods cannot be returned due to their nature, the seal has been broken on the goods or the goods are personalized. Sealing also refers to technical sealing and sealing of the package as a whole.
You are obliged to keep the product in the same condition as when you received it. You must not use it, but of course carefully examine it. If the product is damaged or lost due to your negligence, you lose your right of return.

If you have chosen cash on delivery as your shipping method, your goods will remain at the post office for four weeks. Uncollected items will be returned to us. For all uncollected parcels, we reserve the right to charge you the cost of return freight, shipping and handling fee, currently 250: –
Returns are at your own expense unless the goods are defective or we have packed them incorrectly. Returns should be sent by post or parcel, not by cash on delivery. In the case of exchanges, we will pay the new freight from us to you.
Once you have exercised your right of return, you must send the goods back to us.
If you have exercised your right of return, we will refund what you have paid for the goods as soon as possible or within 30 days at the latest from the day we received the goods or, in the case of a service, the notice of your withdrawal. You will have to pay the return costs yourself when you send the goods back. We always pay the cost of returning so-called replacement goods.
